Booking conditions
All bookings accepted by MoaTrek are subject to those conditions imposed by all air, sea and land transport operators services which are used during the course of the tour. MoaTrek shall not be liable to or responsible for any claims made in respect of such conditions imposed by such operators or any claim in respect of such services.MoaTrek shall not be liable for delays to or extra accommodation required by or repositioning expenses incurred by passengers due to non-performance of any transport operator referred to above.
MoaTrek reserves the right to amend or alter the itinerary or to cancel or re-schedule any advertised tour. The company's liability is limited to refund of New Zealand land based tour content fares only.
All prices are based on current fares, fees and exchange rates and are subject to alteration without notice.
The transportation companies or firms concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft or conveyances. The passage contract in use by the carriers concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between transportation companies or firms and the purchaser of these tours and/or passengers.
Whilst the company will take all necessary steps to provide an enjoyable tour, it accepts no liability for any loss of enjoyment experienced by passengers due to circumstances beyond its control. The company further accepts no liability for any loss beyond its reasonable control. Under no circumstances will the company be held responsible for weather conditions which may affect any tour undertaken.
MoaTrek may decline in its sole and absolute and unfettered discretion, to carry any passenger before the tour commences or during the course of the tour if the passenger is believed to be a danger to other passengers or to any other persons associated with the tour.
These terms and conditions contain the entire contract between you and MoaTrek. You acknowledge that no representation, term, warranty or condition other than any contained within the terms and conditions has been made or shall be relied upon in any way here after with the intent that these terms and conditions represent the entire contract between the parties.
The laws of New Zealand apply to the contract or contracts arising under these booking conditions and in respect of any claims which may at any time be made against the company and in any way arising out of or associated with the carriage of personnel in any conveyance arranged by or on behalf of MoaTrek.
Payment of a deposit indicates your acceptance of the above conditions.
